    • Applicability: For any single order where the actual paid total for the products reaches $49.00 or above.

    • Freight Standard: The system will automatically waive your shipping fee, making the shipping cost $0.00.

  3. Expedited Shipping:

    • Applicability: If you urgently need the product or wish for it to arrive on time as a holiday gift, you may select this priority service at checkout, regardless of your total order amount.

    • Freight Standard: A flat expedited shipping fee of $8.99 is charged.

III. Shipping Timeframes and Logistics Tracking

  1. Estimated Transit Times: Standard Shipping and Free Shipping generally require 7 to 15 business days for delivery; Expedited Shipping usually requires 3 to 7 business days. Please be aware that these timeframes are estimates based on historical logistics data. Actual delivery times may fluctuate depending on the destination country's customs clearance speed, extreme weather conditions, or unexpected international logistics events.

IV. Customs Duties and Receiving Responsibilities

For internationally shipped parcels, upon arriving in the destination country, they may be randomly inspected and subjected to import duties, value-added taxes, or other customs clearance fees according to local customs laws. These potential third-party government fees are not included in the product price and shipping fees you paid to valletro, and must be entirely borne by the recipient and paid to local customs as required.

  2. Please carefully verify and provide an accurate and detailed recipient name, street address, zip code, and contact phone number when placing your order. If the package is returned to the sender or destroyed by customs due to an incorrect address, an invalid/unanswered phone number, refusal to pay local customs duties, or an unreasonable refusal to sign for the package, any resulting secondary delivery fees or the total loss of the package value will be borne by the customer. In such cases, valletro will be unable to issue a full refund.
