1. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? To ensure that you receive your beautiful jewelry organizer box as quickly as possible, our warehouse system immediately enters the picking and packing process once an order confirmation is received. If you need to modify the shipping address, change the product color, or cancel the order, you must contact us via our customer service email within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or handed over to the logistics carrier, we will be unable to intercept, modify, or cancel it. In that case, you may apply for a return in accordance with our Return Policy after receiving the package.

2. How are your shipping costs calculated, and how much is it? We provide clear and transparent shipping options and pricing as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: For orders with a total value between $0.00 and $49.00, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be charged.

  • Free Shipping: Any single order where the actual paid amount reaches $49.00 or above automatically qualifies for our free shipping service ($0.00 shipping fee).

  • Expedited Shipping: If you wish to receive our products sooner, you can choose our expedited shipping service. Regardless of the order amount, this service carries a flat rate fee of $8.99.

3. How can I track my package after my order ships? Once your order is packed and handed over to the logistics company, our system will automatically send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout. This email will contain your exclusive logistics tracking number and a tracking link. You can click the link to view the real-time transit status of your package. Please note that logistics carrier data updates may be delayed by a few hours; we recommend checking 24 hours after receiving the tracking number.

4. What should I do if the jewelry organizer box I received is damaged? Although we use thick shock-absorbing materials and sturdy outer cartons during packing, unforeseen accidents can occasionally occur during long-distance international transit. If you open the box and find any dents, breakages, or internal structural damage to the jewelry box, please take clear photos of the damaged areas and the outer packaging within 48 hours of receipt, and send them along with your order number to service@valletro.com. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or process a refund for you.

5. Do you accept returns, and what is the return address? Yes, we accept return and refund requests. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can apply for a return within the specified timeframe after receiving the goods. Please ensure the returned jewelry box is unused, free of any man-made damage, and properly placed in its original packaging. All returns must be shipped back to our designated overseas warehouse.
